I might talk about how old I am, what I look like, and what I do for a living. (I'll try to be truthful!) I might also include some information about my personal history: where I grew up, where I went to school, various places I've lived. If I have one, I'll include a picture of myself engaging in an activity I enjoy, such as a sport or hobby. 
I was born as brave, courageous, and just and powerful man. It means I used to have been relatively just man, not
perfect.
I found these after study of the Five Elementary Oriental Philosophy for
several years. This philosophy tells I was born in Tiger Day, and therefore I am a TIGER. The Tiger signifies as the power and fearlessly brave character.
In my long career in my life of seventy year span, I never have been outraged like these days, except when the Regime of late Dr. Syngman Rhee, President of South Korea, in 1960, conducted the fraud election. Then I was mad like the hell and outraged. And I stood against this regime by leading as the frontier Leader of Citizens' March (300,000 Seoul Citizens )on April 26, 1960 under the Martial Law of Army which stationed in Seoul City, then this regime surrendered to us to end this regime, after
this regime shot down about 200 students to death on April 19, 1960 before declaring the martial law on same night. The Students revolution failed in same night by the Army Troop.
This was my second time outrage when the U.S. SUPREME COURT ordered to stop the manual counting of the votes of Florida State ordered by the Florida Supreme Court.
Upon Final verdict came out next day(around Dec.9,2000, I read the news report that
European Media quoted that Bush was appointed by the Court in mocking manner. Also Many people say Bush is the President Court
select,not the president elect. Besides, the Majority of people believe that Gore was really elected president in this crucial and most historical State in our 200 year history and no other State was so most crucial State in our nation. Some people say Bush as the Emperor or King Bush.
Nonetheless, I could see neither the Articles criticizing this Court written by the Law Professors nor the Constitutional Lawyers, except
few minor Justices of this Court criticized it for five conservative Justices who voted yes.
I could also not find such a Verdict in our history nor the such precedents in the past history.
Even though this Court has the duty to carry out just decision and to protect the supreme law of the Constitution as its Justices are titled as the JUSTICE instead of Judge.
dDo you think its final verdict is fair and righteous? Many people say that it was politically motivated. If so, by who or who are they? And Why?
Our Constitution was enacted on the principles of peace, equality,
liberty, and justice, by the founding fathers.
As you know, we have the law of cause and effect enacted by our GOD which rules that
the evil has to pay its price and GOOD is to get reward.
The Important issue is the matter of Justice, no matter who wins the election. The Justice is the most important essence and it we require in our civil society.

I read the report issued the by the Democratice Party that
approximately 460 Law Professors of Universities from all over the United States signed the protest against the US Supreme Court and I am so glad they did it. |
